Property Consultant
As a Property Consultant at Bricks & Beams, you’ll help clients buy, sell, and rent residential properties across Dubai’s prime locations. From understanding client needs to closing successful deals, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional real estate experience. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate leads, manage listings, and provide transparent guidance throughout the process.
Basic Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai communities and current market trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Passion for real estate and client satisfaction.
Senior Property Consultant
As a Senior Property Consultant, you’ll lead high-value transactions and maintain long-term relationships with investors and premium clients. You’ll also mentor junior agents, oversee complex negotiations, and represent Bricks & Beams at key industry events and project launches. This role combines leadership, strategy, and market expertise to deliver superior results and client satisfaction.
Basic Requirements:
- Proven track record in property sales and deal negotiation.
- Strong network of investors and developers.
- Deep understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA processes.
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities.
Off-Plan Specialist
Join the front line of Dubai’s development boom as an Off-Plan Specialist. You’ll represent leading developers, attend new launches, and guide clients in purchasing off-plan projects with the best payment plans and ROI potential. This role is all about spotting opportunities early, building trust with investors, and staying ahead of the market curve.
Basic Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of major Dubai developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of payment plans, project timelines, and handover processes.
- Ability to pitch and present new developments confidently.
- Familiarity with investor profiling and ROI analysis.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Leasing Specialist
As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll focus on connecting tenants and landlords for both residential and commercial properties. You’ll manage listings, conduct property tours, prepare tenancy contracts, and ensure full compliance with Dubai’s leasing laws. Your goal is to provide a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free leasing experience for every client.
Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge of Ejari registration and RERA leasing procedures.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian) are an advantage.
- Organized and reliable with a proactive mindset.
Commercial Specialist
Take the lead in Dubai’s fast-growing commercial sector as a Commercial Specialist. You’ll assist corporate clients, investors, and entrepreneurs in leasing or acquiring office spaces, retail units, and warehouses. This role requires strong business acumen and an understanding of ROI, location strategy, and long-term value creation.
Basic Requirements:
- Understanding of Dubai’s business districts and free zones.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
